Important information regarding an investment scam
It was recently brought to our attention that members of the public had been approached by scammers who had cloned our website using a similar domain name and were purporting to offer shares in Witan Investment Trust plc. The cloned website has now been removed.
Witan Investment Trust plc and Witan Investment Services Limited have no connection whatsoever with the cloned website or those operating it. If you have been contacted by them we urge you to exercise extreme caution and not to respond to them in any way.
We would urge you to report the approach to the FCA's Consumer Helpline on 0800 111 6768 or email [email protected] and also Action Fraud (the national fraud and cyber crime reporting centre) on 0300 123 2040 or by using the ActionFraud Online Reporting Tool.
